Shipping policy

The products you purchase are normally shipped within 1 to 5 business days. If your order includes products that need to be specially produced or from different suppliers, the delivery date may vary. For delivery dates, please take into account the special delivery dates we have defined on our relevant product pages. If you change your mind or are not satisfied after delivery, you can use your right to withdraw from the product free of charge within 14 days from the order delivery date and your right to free product exchange or gift certificate definition up to 30 days.
